Liebke Associates, Inc., founded in 1985, is an architectural firm specializing in design services to the healthcare and healthsciences industries. In the healthcare field this experience includes the design management of hospital expansion and remodel programs, laboratories and group practice facilities, medical office buildings, as well as a wide variety of outpatient facilities both freestanding and hospital based. We work daily with the leadership and staff of the various regulatory agencies and know the regulatory procedures and policies. A major portion of our work is subject to either OSHPD or FDA regulation in addition to local agency review. We process numerous projects for permitting each year, as well as other appeals and procedures necessary to construct healthcare and healthscience projects in the State of California.
